While I have read very positive reviews about the makeup brushes themselves, regrettably, I have an unfavorable customer service experience with the company Blinged Brushes. I’d sent an e-mail to inquire as to the delivery status as I was unable to view the specific delivery details, which I cited in my e-mail to Blinged Brushes. The response that I received simply noted that the package had been delivered - No apology was offered for any inconvenience - and, I was advised that BB was trying to locate the package. BB was not able to locate the package. Even though they too admitted to not being able to track the package, I was spoken to as though I was a second class citizen. Complete Discrimination. I was lectured about how BB is a family owned business, and no refunds are provided. A dispute has been filed with the Better Business Bureau.
